    The "New Agent Onboarding" is designed to be completed in one day. Ideally should only take an agent a few hours. The "Remote Agent Training" is about 6 hours of video content. So combine that with study and taking notes, should take about 2-3 days to complete.

  • Can I revisit the information once I complete the course?

    Yes! We encourage you to do so. Once you complete the course you will be able to log in and look at the information for as long as you need.
